These Terms of Service govern your use of Nova Heaven, the Nova Heaven website, and all Nova Heaven plugins including Nova Scan, Hyper Nova, Nova Core, Nova Ascend, Nova Burst, Super Nova, Nova Flare, and Nova Wave.

License Grant

Nova Heaven grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Nova plugins on the number of sites covered by your divine tier. Nova Scan is free on one site. Paid plugins (Hyper Nova, Nova Ascend, Nova Burst) are licensed per tier: Alpha (1 site), Trinity (3 sites), Seraph (6 sites), Divine (9 sites), Omega (unlimited).

Acceptable Use

You may use Nova plugins on WordPress sites you own or manage
You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense Nova plugins
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the NDE model weights
You may not use Nova Scan to scan sites you do not have authorization to access
Agency and developer licenses may be used on client sites within the licensed tier

Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed annually or monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all first-time paid purchases.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

No security software can guarantee 100% detection of all threats. Nova Heaven is not liable for damages arising from undetected malware or plugin conflicts. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant subscription in the preceding 12 months.
