This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and storage of personal data by Nova Heaven and all Nova Heaven plugins including Nova Scan, Hyper Nova, Nova Core, Nova Ascend, Nova Burst, Super Nova, Nova Flare, and Nova Wave.

What We Collect

Account registration: email address and hashed password for your Nova Heaven dashboard account
License data: domain name, license tier, and activation status associated with your divine key
Optional telemetry: anonymized environment data (PHP version, WP version, plugin versions) sent only with your explicit opt-in
Optional community threat intelligence: hashed file signatures shared with the Nova Feed Network only with explicit opt-in
Contact forms: name and email when you submit a support request

What We Never Collect

File contents or source code from your WordPress installation
Database contents, passwords, API keys, or credentials
Visitor data from your website
Payment card data (processed directly by Stripe)

Your Rights

You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. EU and UK residents have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion. License data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months for legal compliance. Anonymous telemetry data is aggregated after 30 days and not linked back to individual sites.

Third-Party Services

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Download delivery is managed via Cloudflare. Analytics via Google Analytics 4 with anonymized IPs. We do not sell your data to any third party.
